Why are my cards always one or two spots from winning! Is the game rigged?
This is not an actual bingo game. This is a bingo-like sweepstakes that is very similar to a lottery scratch game. We match bingo balls to bingo cards before the game is played and deliberately distribute one (and sometimes more) winning cards to give away a set promotional budget. This game will give-away $7000 over 13 weeks. The losing cards we distribute are deliberately selected to be close to the winning cards to enhance the excitement of watching the one-air bingo balls drop. In this way, the game could be described as rigged, but no less so than any promotional sweepstakes. The odds of winning are clearly posted on the home page of this site. Click here to see this weeks odds.
The animated Bingo balls didn't show up on TV tonight! What do I do?
In the rare event that the balls do not properly air on TV, the game will be declared a "Scratched Game." As per the Official Rules no winner is declared in a Scratched Game and the prize or prizes that would have been awarded are made available in future Friday Games or in the Second Chance random drawing. Notice of a "Scratched Game" will be posted on the home page of this site as soon as an official determination has been made. Click here to read the Official Rules of San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino Friday $500 Bingo.
Why have you stopped sending me bingo cards?
If you're no longer receiving emails from us it may be that you have been "deactivated" from the game. Players who don't open their emails from us for 3 consecutive weeks are removed from the player pool. As per the Official Rules, we do this so that there's a better chance of getting winning cards into the hands of active players. The good news is that you can rejoin the game at anytime by registering at this site as a new player. In re-registering you absolutely can use the same email address you used when you first joined the game.
It's also possible that your security settings may have changed. This means the email we're sending you is stuck in your spam folder. To prevent our emails from getting stuck in your spam folder please add LosAngeles@TVScratchGames.com to your contact list /address book.
Why can't I register on Friday and play on Friday?
Players joining the game on a Friday, will not receive Bingo card email from us until the following Friday. We don't allow players to join the game and play on the same Friday because the Official Rules demand that the player pool used to determine the odds of winning a given Friday game is closed at midnight Thursday.
You say my ZIP code is invalid, but I know it's in the LA TV market!
The U.S. Postal Service adds new ZIP codes all the time. It is possible that your ZIP code is in the LA TV market (also known as the LA DMA), but not yet in our database. Please use the Contact tab at this web site and tell us your ZIP code. If our research indicates that your ZIP code should be added to our database, we'll let you know and you can register for the game.
How do I get to "This Website?"
The easiest way to get to this website is by going to http://www.SanManuel.com/home and clicking on the banner ad at the bottom of the casino home page or on the link under the Promotions header You can also get to this website by going directly to http://www.tvscratchgames.com/SanManuelFriday$500. We advise all players to bookmark either, or both, of these pages. Another good way to get to this site is through the links in the emails you receive to get your Bingo cards. Any of the links (even for cards for games that have already been played) will bring you to the site. You can then use the navigation bar at the site to get to the I Think I Won! tab or any other tab you need.
What is a Bingo?
In this game, a Bingo occurs when the animated balls dropped during the Bingo game aired on television cause the player to "mark" 5 boxes forming a complete vertical, horizontal, or diagonal row. A box is considered to be "marked" if the number in the box on the player's card matches one of the 7 animated Bingo balls dropped. Because the Bingo balls shown on TV appear quickly, we strongly suggest that players write down the balls on the top the card as they appear. Players can then take more time to thoroughly mark (or, as many Bingo players call it, daub) the matching boxes. The Free space (see below) is always counted as a "marked" box.
Player Tip: The on-air bingo balls appear quickly. It's a good idea to write the ball numbers down and then mark your cards.
What is the "Free" space on my bingo cards?
You get to count the "Free" space as a "marked box" and, as such, you can use it in conjunction with 4 other "marked boxes" to make either a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal Bingo. A box is considered to be "marked" if the number in the box matches one of the 7 animated Bingo balls dropped during the game.

I know I won, but the website says it doesn't recognize my code, or that the code I entered is a loser!
It's easy to mistype a 10-character code. Please try entering it again. It sometimes helps to access this site through the link in your weekly Bingo card email. If you cut and pasted the code, try actually typing it in instead. Sometimes cutting and pasting grabs an extra space that causes an error. If, after a few tries your code is still rejected, please feel free to contact us using the contact form at this website or, by clicking here. Note, the site may ask you to provide your birth date and email address to help confirm a win. As per the Official Rules, the game provider, Life Carrot, Inc., makes the sole determination as to the validity of your code. What happens if there's more than one winner during a Friday game?
Each validated winner will receive $500! On this site's home page you will notice that some weeks more than one winning card is distributed. This means there can be more than one winner. Again, each validated winner will receive a $500 prize. Also, when more than one winning card is distributed, it is possible for one player to receive 2 winning cards! So, play your cards carefully, you might just win twice. If you do, enter each code separately under the I Think I Won! tab.
Can I win more than once?
Absolutely. Every Friday game is a new game. The fact that you may have won before does not count against you, or for you. It's a clean slate. For any given Friday game, it's even possible for both of the cards you receive to each be winners. If you're lucky enough to have that happen enter each code separately under the I Think I Won! tab.
What are the odds of winning?
The odds of winning depend on the number of active players and the number of winning cards distributed for a given Friday game. The number of winning cards distributed for a given week is posted on the home page of this site. The number of winning cards can vary from one to several. Likewise, the number of active players is posted and updated at or about midnight everyday. Click here to read the Official Rules for San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino Friday $500 Bingo.
Why do the number of winning cards vary?
The number of winning cards distributed for a given week is posted on the home page of this site. You may notice that it can vary from Friday game to Friday game. The sponsors are committed to awarding a total of $7,000 in $500 prizes over the Promotional Period. But, some weeks, prizes may go unclaimed. For example, a winning player for a given Friday game may not have input his or her winning card code before the 11 PM PT Friday deadline. If there are many unclaimed prizes during the course of the promotion, the sponsor can increase the number of winning cards distributed in an effort to make sure more prizes are claimed. Any $500 prizes not awarded at the end of the Promotional Period will be awarded in a random "second chance drawing" held among all the active players. Click here to read the Official Rules for San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino Friday $500 Bingo.
Is there a place where I can double check which "bingo balls" were played?
No. Part of the excitement of this game is that players really have to pay attention to the animated balls that are dropped every Friday of the Promotional Period during an ad for for San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino airing on NBC LA Channel 4 between 7:15 PM and 7:45 PM (but usually at 7:28 PM PT). The San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino ad with the balls typically runs near the end of Extra® and before Access Hollywood®. There is no official site where the balls dropped are posted/published and the Sponsors and Game Provider do not sanction - but, have every confidence that - blogs, posts and websites that publish "ball" information will spring up. We do not warrant the accuracy of any third-party information regarding any aspect of this game.
